Job Description:


As a Salesforce Tech Lead With our client, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and driving our Salesforce projects to success. You will work closely with our clients and internal team members to understand their requirements and deliver innovative solutions that meet their needs.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers to ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects.

2. Design and implement robust Salesforce solutions that align with best practices and business requirements.

3. Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.

4. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Salesforce development and integration projects.

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder.

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

At Visionet Systems, the role of a Salesforce Tech Lead is crucial to the success of our Salesforce implementation projects. As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the Salesforce implementation and ensuring that the system meets the needs of our clients. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, and driving the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Technical Leadership: As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the project team, including developers, architects, and consultants. You will guide the team in designing and implementing solutions that meet the client's requirements and align with best practices.


2. Solution Design: You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. This involves designing custom solutions, integrations, and configurations to meet the client's needs and maximize the benefits of the Salesforce platform.


3. Collaboration: You will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other technical leads to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. This involves understanding the overall project goals and working together to achieve them through effective communication and coordination.


4. Technical Expertise: You will be expected to stay current with the latest Salesforce capabilities, features, and best practices. Your expertise will be vital in guiding the team in leveraging the full potential of the Salesforce platform and incorporating new technologies as needed.


5. Client Engagement: As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will engage directly with clients to understand their business needs and present technical solutions. You will also provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of the Salesforce solution.


6. Quality Assurance: You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of the Salesforce implementation, including overseeing code reviews, conducting technical assessments, and implementing best practices for development and deployment.


Required Skills and Experience:


- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization, including Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

- Experience in leading Salesforce implementation projects, including solution design, technical architecture, and team leadership.

- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are highly desirable.
