What you’ll be doing: As a Senior Analyst in our COO FP&A team, you’ll play a key role in driving financial planning, performance, and efficiency across our Operations departments. You’ll lead the consolidation of monthly financial presentations, deliver deep analysis on cost drivers and operational metrics, and provide insights that shape strategic decisions. Working closely with teams like Network, Workforce Planning, and Training, you’ll help identify risks and opportunities, support key initiatives, and influence long-term value creation. You’ll also help shape how we use new budgeting and planning tools, enhance reporting packs, and support operational decision-making across a diverse and high-impact portfolio.
