Senior Embedded Software Engineer (Io T & Edge) Openings: 5 |  Experience: 5–7+ years |  Employment: Full-time Industry: Appliances, Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing Work mode: Onsite/Hybrid (India) About Inditronics We’re scaling fast and building the next wave of connected products which are getting deployed internationally —Io T devices, smart gateways, and industrial data loggers. What you’ll do Lead end-to-end development of cloud-connected embedded products (Io T devices, gateways, data loggers). Architect and optimize Linux-based systems (Debian/Yocto/Raspbian), including kernel customization and performance tuning. Ship robust connectivity stacks (GSM, Wi-Fi, BLE) and RTOS-based firmware. Integrate securely with AWS/GCP services for device management, telemetry, OTA, and analytics. Drive intuitive embedded UIs and ensure smooth HW/SW co-design with our hardware team. Build, mentor, and scale a team of 10+ engineers; raise the bar on code quality, reviews, CI/CD, and documentation. What you’ll bring Strong hands-on coding in C/C++ , plus proficiency in Python and/or Go . Deep Linux chops (kernel, device drivers, BSPs, Yocto/Raspbian), scripting with Bash/Shell , and RTOS experience. Firmware experience across GSM, Wi-Fi, BLE and common Io T protocols (MQTT/ Cloud integration on AWS and/or GCP for edge/Io T workloads. Experience building embedded UIs and a solid understanding of embedded hardware . Proven team leadership, stakeholder communication, and delivery ownership. Nice to have: OTA frameworks, secure boot/TPM, containers at the edge, devops for firmware (CI, HW-in-the-loop), performance profiling, and board bring-up.
