Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Lead (Web3/Crypto) who will own StratiFai’s end-to-end marketing strategy and execution. This role requires a hands-on strategist and executor who can craft compelling narratives, build engaged communities, and drive measurable growth across digital platforms.

You will be responsible for brand positioning, campaign execution, community management, and performance marketing, ensuring StratiFai stands out in the competitive Web3 landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Marketing

- Develop and execute StratiFai’s go-to-market strategy for the UAE and beyond

- Craft integrated marketing campaigns across social, content, email, and paid channels

- Define and track KPIs for user acquisition, engagement, and retention

- Community Management

- Build and manage crypto-native communities on Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), and Reddit

- Launch and moderate AMA sessions, webinars, and community events

- Foster an engaged, loyal user base through education, storytelling, and incentives

- Content & Brand Storytelling

- Create and oversee content calendars (blogs, newsletters, thought leadership, video scripts)

- Develop suspenseful, narrative-driven messaging that resonates with retail and institutional audiences

- Collaborate with design teams to produce visual storytelling assets

- Digital Marketing Execution

- Manage social media advertising campaigns (Twitter Ads, Meta, Google, LinkedIn)

- Run email marketing campaigns with segmentation and conversion optimization

- Optimize landing pages and funnels for higher conversion rates

- Analytics & Optimization

- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Dune dashboards

- Conduct A/B testing for messaging, creatives, and funnels

- Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with product, compliance, and leadership teams to align messaging

- Support partnerships and PR initiatives with exchanges, influencers, and media outlets
