Position Summary: The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.
The digital marketing executive shall be responsible for developing, implement, and manage different digital marketing campaigns to promote the organization's products and services. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and help acquire leads/customers. The main objective is to develop strong and innovative strategies to promote the business brand, products, and services. The candidate is basically expected to effectively use all marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising.
Experience: 2-6 Years
Location: Delhi
Qualification: A bachelor’s degree/diploma in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Even if you have not taken a related field at university, should have minimum 2 years of work relevant experience in core digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop marketing strategies for digital platforms that align with the organization's business goals.
Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including social media and search engines, and display advertising for Google, LinkedIN and common digital platforms.
Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve digital campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marcom, content, and product management to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
Make use of digital and graphic skills for designing creative content for promotions on digital and other relevant platforms.
Remain fully informed on current market trends for digital platforms to implement best practices.
Collect data on consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations to be able to interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
Support all tradeshow activities to ensure proper branding and market/Customer-specific promotions is established.
Desired Competence & Skills:
Proficient in English with, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good verbal and presentation skills
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on designing and content creation.
Basic knowledge of all marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising.
Proficiency in graphic design software and content creation tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital data and make informed decisions.
Added Skills:
A digital marketing professional from the life sciences industry is preferred.
