Overview:


We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Content Analyst to join our YouTube team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of YouTube's content landscape and a great grasp on Indian agriculture. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our YouTube content meets quality standards, adheres to community guidelines, and drives engagement.


Responsibilities:


Content Execution: Ideate, research and provide excellent contents.


Content Evaluation: Review and analyze YouTube content to ensure compliance with community guidelines, copyright regulations, and brand standards.


Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough evaluations of video content, assessing factors such as credibility, accuracy, relevance, and overall quality.


Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools and platforms to gather insights into content performance, audience engagement, and trends within the YouTube ecosystem.


Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to provide feedback and guidance on optimizing video content for maximum impact and audience reach.


Policy Compliance: Stay up-to-date with YouTube's policies and guidelines, ensuring that all content adheres to regulatory requirements and best practices.


Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for content optimization and audience growth.


Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations detailing key insights, performance metrics, and recommendations for improving content strategy and performance.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, or related field.

Proven experience in content analysis, preferably within the digital media or entertainment industry.


Great knowledge and grasp on Indian agriculture and farming related youtube content.


Deep understanding of YouTube's platform, algorithms, and content policies.


Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy and quality.


Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Familiarity with analytical tools such as YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and social media monitoring platforms is a plus.
