Key Responsibilities / KPIs
Growth and Engagement:Send targeted connection requests daily.Engage with niche-based posts daily, leaving relevant and meaningful comments.Initiate and manage conversations with new connections through
messages.
Content Strategy and Creation:Plan and schedule weekly
posts (text updates, articles, polls, visuals).Create engaging, high-quality content aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.Share curated industry trends and insights to establish thought leadership.
Profile Optimization:Regularly update and optimize the
profile for maximum visibility.Add new accomplishments, skills, and recommendations to enhance credibility.Research and implement
SEO best practices.
Lead Generation and Tracking:Identify and connect with potential leads, partners, and collaborators.Set up and manage tracking systems (e.g., Google Sheets) to monitor leads and connections.Launch retargeting and follow-up campaigns to nurture relationships.
Analytics and Reporting:Monitor growth metrics such as connection acceptance rates, engagement levels, and profile views.Prepare regular reports highlighting key insights and suggestions for improvement.
Community Engagement:Actively participate in
groups and events to enhance visibility and authority.Collaborate with influencers or brands for -specific partnerships.
Skills, Traits, and Competencies
Mandatory Skills:Minimum 6 months of experience managing
profiles.Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in ’s platform, including advanced features like Sales Navigator.Working knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Office tools.
Desirable Skills:Familiarity with
analytics and automation toolsBasic design skills using Canva or similar tools.Experience in creating -specific content (posts, articles, visuals).Knowledge of professional networking and lead-generation strategies.
