About the Role

- At the core of the role, the Senior MuleSoft Platform Engineer is responsible for planning, provisioning, automating, monitoring, tuning and securing the MuleSoft platform to various clients.

- The Senior Engineer is also expected to work closely with the Practice Manager to deliver value across projects that require support and ensure that seamless operations are executed independently.

- This is a versatile position that helps the Practice grow its technical capability by enabling strong execution of the best practices available and instils strong technical leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile : To be considered for and be successful in this role one should possess:

- 6-8 years of Experience with capacity planning, security, provisioning, and administration of MuleSoft.

- 6-8 years of Experience with MuleSoft health and performance monitoring and alerting.

- 6-8 years of Experience handling the security of MuleSoft platform - OAuth, SSH, MFA, user onboarding and access management.

- Experience operating different flavours of Mule deployments including standalone Mule ESB, CloudHub and Runtime Fabric.

- 3-4 years of Performance Tuning and L2, L3 level support of MuleSoft platform.

- Cost Analysis, Billing, and Rate limiting of MuleSoft platform.

- Understanding of DevOps practices and tooling to deliver a robust MuleSoft platform landscape, understanding customer's needs.

- Understanding customer's Change management, release management procedures and leverage Automation wherever possible.

- Collaborate with MuleSoft developers to manage code build and releases across multiple environments.

- Experience with Load Balancers is good to have.

- Understanding various web servers, app servers is nice to have.

Key Deliverables :

- Build cost-effective MuleSoft Platform in an automated, scalable, highly secure manner within project budget and schedule.

- Propose new solutions at the idea/task level, perform proofs-of-concept and present them to clients.

- Documentation and knowledge sharing.

Key behavioral competencies :

- Proficient in planning, stakeholder management, and communication at all levels.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and achieve certifications as per the organization's dynamic requirements.

- Ability to multitask.

- Good Presentation and & Documentation skills.

- Collaborative and flexible mindset.
