The CRM Technologies Team

plays a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, streamlining customer interactions, and maximizing the efficiency of our sales efforts. By leveraging the power of Salesforce, they ensure that our sales team has the tools and resources needed to effectively manage customer relationships, track sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth.With their expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, the CRM Technologies Team continuously works to enhance our CRM platform to meet the evolving needs of our business and customers. They collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality CRM solutions tailored to our specific business objectives.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer for the Sales Apps Team to build and maintain world-class CRM systems to manage the MongoDB Sales Team.Effectively work autonomously and collaboratively to design and implement both tactical and project related deliverablesWork closely with program managers and business partners to understand and refine requirements, objectives, and processes to drive strategic solutions.Build for scale by designing holistically, with a focus on flexibility and maintainabilityEnsure appropriate controls and documentation are followed to create an effective control environmentDesign and develop high quality Salesforce products in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality technical solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices to solve business needsManage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in the SFDC applicationIdentify opportunities to utilize application best practices, provide scalability and performanceDeliver support and solutions for break/fix issuesCommunicate and collaborate with other technical resources and customers in providing timely updates on status of deliverables, shedding light on technical issues, and obtaining buy-in on creative solutionsHandle concurrent projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutionsImplement App Exchange solutionsInvestigate integration issues and work closely with members in Operations, Development and Admin teamsResearch and development of new Salesforce.com prototypes and applicationsResearch and keep current on Force.com technologies and communicate trends and future needs to leadershipPerform maintenance and troubleshooting of applicationsEstablish client relationships to build client trust and supportProvide mentorship to more junior developers as well as administratorsWork closely with globally distributed development team and lead project efforts with less supervision

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.8+ Years of Salesforce Development Experience.2+ years of JavaScript experience and/or Salesforce Lightning experienceUnderstanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions.Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, process automation, reporting, etc.).Expert level knowledge and development experience in Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, SOQLs, Governor Limits, Declarative Automation, Web Services and Lightning components development (Aura and LWC)Experience with CI/CD and deployment techniques in SalesforceKnowledge and experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologiesExperience in reengineering implementations as well as code refactoring and optimization to increase performanceProven analytical and problem-solving ability to grasp concepts quickly and deliver results against ambitious timelinesExcellent communication skills to connect with team and stakeholders to handle a full application development cycle.Salesforce Basic and Advanced Certifications (Advanced Administrator certification, Advanced Developer or Platform II certification, Javascript Certified Developer, Application Architect / System Architect)

Success Measures

In 3 months, you will have acquired complete knowledge of the CRM systems and tools at MongoDB and also have a full grasp of the current business process and implementations by working closely with the senior resources in the team.In 6 months, you will have successfully implemented and delivered one or two critical projects in the Salesforce CRM area and become a technical SME in MongoDB Salesforce systems and implementations.In 12 months, you will have established successful relationships with our key partners and become the go-to person for anything(business process/technical implementations) related to Salesforce CRM.Location:
