Along with world class testing facility, FARE Labs has Calibration Facility also which is at par with International Standards with most sophisticated and highly advance instruments.
Job Description Summary
To do Food Products and Water Testing, Calibration of Instruments and maintain proper Documentations as per ISO 17025. In-depth understanding of general chemicals and glasswares used in Laboratories and how to use them also. Capable to work in a team and maintain ethical habits in work place. Maintain and monitor instruments and check their accuracy with CRM (Certified Reference Material.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. To Perform Testing of Water and Food Samples as well as other samples received in Lab
2. Operate and Run State-of-art instruments for Radiological Testing for Alpha, Beta and Gamma.
3. Maintain and update Documents as per ISO 17025 and the Compliance Requirement
4. Take responsibility for calibration, validation/verification of methods, uncertainty calculation and preparing requests for purchase of chemicals and glass wares.
5. Take part in Proficiency Testing Programmes, Inter Laboratory Comparison and Inter Quality Checks
6. To check critical supplies like chemicals, CRMs, instrument accessories, etc.
7. Learn to work on LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and report the results of the tested samples on it.
8. Follow GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and maintain proper safety of person as well as Laboratory and Instruments.
9. Maintain Intermediate Check Records of the Instruments.
10. Ensure Maintenance of general cleanliness/housekeeping and safety requirements in laboratory.
11. Maintain Log Books, Monitoring Sheets, Maintenance Sheets, Make Work Instructions and SOPs as well as other documents required for NABL, BIS, EIC, APEDA and FSSAI Audits.
12. Capable to face both Planned and Surprise Audits by NABL, EIC, APEDA, FSSAI and BIS respectively.
13. Must have knowledge of Chemicals and its hazardous.
14. Should have basic knowledge of Physics and Chemistry as well as Mathematics.
15. Strictly follow senior’s guidelines before doing any tests or operate any instruments.
Required Qualification:-
1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry/Physics or Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and basic knowledge of Mathematics
2. Fresher or 1 year experience in ISO 17025 certified laboratory
3. Should have basic knowledge of MS-Office
