Position Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Executive to join our team. The Financial Executive will assist in various aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance, strong analytical skills, and a keen interest in supporting the company’s financial operations and growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development in a collaborative and dynamic environment.


Roles and Responsibilities:


• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support the company’s financial performance insights.

• Support day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting tasks.

• Help maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

• Contribute to the annual budgeting process by assisting with data collection and providing support to department heads.

• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and overall financial health, providing basic recommendations for improvements when necessary.

• Assist in managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions, ensuring smooth communication and compliance.

• Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with foreign and Indian regulations and ensure timely filing.

• Collaborate with senior team members to implement financial strategies that align with business objective.

• Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.


Must have:


• Strong foundational knowledge of core accounting principles and practices.

• Understanding of basic business finance concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Familiarity with financial practices, tax regulations, and relevant legislation, with an understanding of IFRS reporting standards.

• Basic knowledge of indirect taxation, such as GST and TDS.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software tools like Tally and SAP.

• Awareness of IND-AS, US GAAP, or IFRS would be a plus.

• Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to gather information from different departments to support financial tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with basic team dynamics and an interest in learning about managing finance professionals.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Effective communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
