What you’ll be doing:

Assist with various data entry and data readiness projects Monitor Salesforce queues Assist customer queries and troubleshooting Enters, updates, and verifies data in platform and/or internal CRM toolVerify and correct data as needed Identify data inconsistencies and go through steps to resolve Combine and update data from source documents where required Track shipments

Who you are:

0-2 years of experience in a similar role. Results driven Computer Literate Data entry skills and accuracy Fully comprehends English both written and verbal Proficiency in MS office Excellent attention to detail, strong prioritization skills Demonstrate a strong drive for efficiency, resolving problems and getting the work done in a timely, quality-focused manner Fluent in English with excellent listening, oral and written communication skills Self-starter, seeks out challenges Experience with ocean/shipping logistics is a plus Flexible
