Role & Responsibilities

As a Performance Marketer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, effectiveness, and optimization of our clients' ad campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Develop, implement, and manage high-performance Google Ads campaigns and Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize ad spend and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Create compelling ad copy and engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and audience segmentation.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Facebook ads, Google ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Must have Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey audit findings and recommendations.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
