We lead by example, strive for excellence, and go the extra mile in service of our mission.Key Responsibilities:Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.Js, Tailwind CSS, and PostgreSQL.Frontend Development: Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Next.Js and Tailwind CSS, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.Backend Development: Develop robust backend services, APIs, and databases using Node.Js and PostgreSQL.Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality products.Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve your skillset and the products.Required Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in full stack development.Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in react with Next.Js, CSS, bootstrap and Tailwind.Backend Expertise: Solid experience with Node.Js, express, nestjs.Database Management: Expertise in designing, optimizing, and managing relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.Version Control: Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to quality.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Testing Frameworks: Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.DevOps: Understanding of DevOps practices and tools,.
