The ideal candidate is a highly skilled storyteller who can transform raw footage into visually stunning, emotionally engaging, and brand-consistent content. You'll be working on a variety of video formats, from short-form social media videos to long-form YouTube or campaign content that reaches and resonates with our audience. This role requires a strong focus on not just cutting video, but alsocreating and integrating high-quality motion graphics and visual effects.Key Responsibilities:Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.Design, animate, and integrate motion graphics including kinetic typography, lower-thirds, explainer elements, and visual effects (VFX) seamlessly into video content.Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to bring concepts to life.Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all video content.Add visual effects, transitions, sound effects, and background scores that elevate storytelling.Color-correct, stabilize, and enhance footage to meet professional standards.Manage raw footage, organize media assets, and ensure timely delivery of all projects.Stay up to date with current video trends, social media formats, and editing techniques.Required Skills & Qualifications:2-3 years of proven experiencein professional video editing and motion graphics, preferably in a creative agency, production house, or digital content environment.Strong portfolio showcasing both short-form(Reels, Shorts) andlong-form(YouTube, interviews, explainers, ads) video work, with clear examples oforiginal motion graphic design.Exceptional sense of visual composition, pacing, and storytelling.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and ownership mindset.Demonstrated ability to design and execute high-quality 2D motion graphics and animation.Technical Skills: Must be proficient InCore Editing:Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve - for professional cutting and assemblyMotion Graphics/VFX:After Effects - for motion graphics design, composting, and visual effects.Audio:Adobe Audition – for mixing, enhancement, and professional sound design.Optional but PreferredCapCut Pro, Descript, or Runway (for AI-assisted editing workflows).Frame.io or similar tools (for collaboration and review).Preferred QualitiesStrong creative instincts and a passion for visual storytelling.Keeps up with digital trends, transitions, and editing styles that perform well on social media.Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a collaborative environment.Organized and efficient, with strong time management and file handling discipline.What We OfferA dynamic and creative work environment with a passionate team.Opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects.Competitive compensation package based on experience and skill.Onsite creative studio setup in Hyderabad.How to ApplyPlease fill out this form to apply -
