Vetic is transforming pet healthcare across the nation.Must Have’s : - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Education, or related field - 3-5 years of proven experience as a corporate trainer, communications trainer, or in L&D roles - Experience in customer service, healthcare, or industries preferred - Background in training customer-facing teams and business development professionalsYour Day : - Design and implement comprehensive communication training programs tailored for CX agents and business development professionals - Conduct workshops, seminars, and interactive training sessions focused on veterinary communication nuances - Create engaging training materials including videos, presentations, and assessment tools - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness - Project management skills for managing multiple training initiative Data analysis skills for interpreting training metrics and ROI
