We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Personal Assistant to Director who can efficiently manage daily schedules, communication, and travel coordination. This role requires professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle responsibilities with utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Draft, review, and translate communications (English & Hindi).
  • Accompany the Director on official visits, including interstate travel when required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in event coordination, documentation, and presentations.
  • Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day professional and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken & written).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (any stream).
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel to other states as per requirement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
