Job Overview
The Collections Analyst role will be responsible for managing the day to day collections operations. This role reports to the Lead, India Collections.
Responsibilities
- Perform collections analytics using various collections productivity matrices- Support in running in house digital campaigns- Support in maintaining relations with collections agencies- Agency performance management - performance reporting, QA and training of agencies/ callers- Maintain relations with collection agencies by monitoring and communicating their KPIs regularly- Maintain and update collections SOPs on a time to time basis- Initiating and implementation of collection strategies to improve overall productivity-
Requirements
Must haves:
- 1+ years of experience in collections- Deep understanding of excel and data analysis- Good communicator and a team player- Good presentation skills- Passionate about improving processes and taking initiatives
Good to have:
- Experience with Fintech- SQL knowledge-
