Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Superintendent at Akal Academy Baru Sahib near Rajgarh, Himachal Pradesh. The Chief Superintendent will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the student hostels, including staff management, student supervision, and parent engagement. The Chief Superintendent will also be responsible for ensuring the implementation of the academy's values and mission.
Qualifications
Experience in educational leadership and administration
Strong management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
Understanding of value-based education and spiritual principles
Relevant certifications or training in educational leadership
