About The Job

As a Creative Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving Zeno India’s creative business offerings, helping current and prospective clients go beyond traditional public relations. In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking with cutting-edge creativity to sell and deliver solutions in social media, paid media, data and analytics, design, and content, among other creative services. You will work with a global organization with a dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment. You will inspire teams, build relationships with clients, and champion a culture of innovation and excellence. With over 24 offices in North America, Europe, and Asia, Zeno provides you with real hands-on experience, while giving the opportunity to work on multi-market accounts and tap into a huge array of global resources.

Responsibilities

 Business Development & Client Relations:• Lead the development of creative proposals and pitches that showcase Zeno’s broad capabilities.• Partner with the public relations teams to identify opportunities for creative services and sell innovative solutions to clients.• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their goals and align them with Zeno’s creative expertise.

 Creative Strategy & Execution:• Oversee the development of creative strategies across social media, paid media, data, analytics, design, and content.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and deliver measurable results.• Translate complex client needs into compelling, multi-platform creative campaigns.

 Leadership & Collaboration:• Foster a collaborative environment where creativity and innovation thrive.• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of creative services.• Act as a hands-on creator, driving high-quality creative work while shaping the vision for Zeno’s creative services.• As the creative business grows, recruit, develop, and lead a team of designers, content creators, and strategists to scale the business.• Ensure the creative team maintains excellence and innovation as the portfolio expands.

 Industry Expertise & Innovation:• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in creative services.• Introduce and implement new methodologies, platforms, and strategies to keep Zeno ahead of the curve.

About You

• Proven experience in a senior creative role, ideally within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.• Strong portfolio showcasing work across social media, paid media, digital marketing, design, and content.• Demonstrated ability to sell creative services to clients and secure new business.• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire clients and internal teams.• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to driving creative solutions.• Proven track record of managing and mentoring creative teams.• Experience working with diverse industries and brands is a plus.• You are collaborative in spirit, and results driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines• You have the courage to be fearless in presenting a point of view• You thrive in a culture that endorses the core values of diversity, inclusion, and equity• You’re a visionary creative leader with a passion for transforming businesses and building brands
