Role Overview We are looking for a Software Engineer with hands-on experience in the Shopify ecosystem to join our team. You will be responsible for building, optimising, and maintaining Shopify storefronts, apps, and integrations to support our merchants and enhance the Fox Sell Bundles experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Shopify storefronts using Liquid, CSS, and Java Script. Work with Shopify themes, templates, metafields, and metaobjects to create highly customised store experiences. Collaborate with the product, design, and backend teams to implement new features and improve existing ones. Troubleshoot and fix bugs, implement new functionalities, and ensure seamless customer experiences. Stay updated with Shopify APIs, app ecosystem, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience working with Shopify technologies. Strong proficiency in Liquid, Java Script, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with Shopify themes, storefront development, and customisation. Understanding of metafields, metaobjects, and Shopify’s Online Store 2.0 architecture. Familiarity with third-party app integrations and Shopify APIs. Basic knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Preferred Skills Exposure to Shopify App Development or headless Shopify setups. Knowledge of performance optimisation and SEO best practices. Understanding of Git or other version control tools.
