RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle product team is looking for a Software Sr Principal Engineer, who has strong design and development exposure in the Database area and has good Java/J2EE skills. The engineer is expected to work with other stake holders and is responsible for leading the team on design, development, testing and documentation of modules or features for the project. Exposure to identity management domain is a plus.
Required Skills:
- Very Strong experience in PL/SQL, Oracle 19c/23c, hands on experience with Oracle CDB & PDB, RDS, DBA skills, Performance tuning experience.
- Experience in Java, full stack exposure, experience in design and architecting solutions.
Desired Skills
- Experience with AWS.
- Knowledge on Web and Application servers like WildFly, WebSphere and WebLogic.
- Working knowledge on IntelliJ, Eclipse, GIT, JIRA.
- Working experience on Linux platform.
- Exposure to Agile development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and solid debugging skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mentor junior engineers and perform code, design, and unit test reviews.
- Experience level : > 16 years for industry experience.
