Job Title: Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Relevant Experience in SAP: 8+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and couple of Controlling (CO) sub modules i.e. Cost Centre Accounting, IO, Profit Centre Accounting. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, managing end-to-end implementations, rollouts, support, and technical/functional upgrade projects.

Required Skill Set

  • Strong hands-on experience in Configuration and Support relating to SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting (CCA), Profit Centre Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders
  • Good Knowledge in CO-PA and Product Costing is an added advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of financial processes: P2P, O2C, Record to Report, and Asset Management, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, IFRS, IND-AS, etc.) in SAP.
  • Handle month-end/year-end financial closing activities in SAP.
  • Ensure smooth integration with third-party systems (e.g., banking, reporting systems).
  • Experience in Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP FICO in a timely manner.
  • Hands-on experience with interfaces, enhancements, and custom developments in collaboration with ABAP and functional teams.
  • Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and integration testing with other SAP modules.
  • Excellent Documentation Skills (preparation of BBP, Configuration Documents, FSD & User Manuals)
  • Hands - on experience in data migration tools (LTMC, Migration Cockpit, BODS, LSMW, etc) and validate migrated financial data.
  • Experienced with cross-module integration with MM, SD and PS.
  • Ability to provide user training and support UAT activities.
  • Strong communication skills and proven stakeholder management abilities.
