Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring all paperwork is complete and aligned with company policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and support overall business objectives. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates, insights, and support as required. Monitor market trends and provide feedback to management to adapt strategies and improve service offerings. Participate actively in training sessions to enhance personal skills and contribute to team development. Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales activities, targets, and results as required by management.
