The Role
We are seeking a Counter Sales Person who will be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is crucial for our business, as you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales, and building strong client relationships directly from our shop counter
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or retail.
Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English are required. Proficiency in Tamil is a significant advantage.
A professional and positive attitude with a customer-centric mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of computers and billing software.
