Job Profile:

  • To perform and achieve departmental objectives.
  • Developing and optimizing a scalable, robust and cost effective process related to API and its Intermediates.
  • Validate new processes and show that they're an improvement.
  • Responsible for finish the project in given time, and documentation as per SOP.
  • Development and handling of all type of Organic reactions at R&D level.
  • Developed and scale-up at plant level more than 10 products.
  • Process Development & Technology Transfer.
  • Commercial knowledge on varies chemicals and handling capacity.
  • Maintain the development records of experiments conducted.
  • Knowledge on TTD and DMFs requirements.
  • To maintain the records as per R&D requirements.
  • To perform calibration and to keep records of R&D instruments.
  • To co-ordinate with cross functional departments such as IPR, analytical, QC, QA, SCM, purchase, pilot, plant for hassle free execution of the assigned project.

Desired Profile:

  • Candidate should have M.Sc (Organic / Inorganic / Synthesis / Pharmaceuticals / Industrial Chemistry) with 8 to 15 yrs of experience in API / Synthesis Research.
  • Should be good in knowledge in API process development and Identification of Synthetic route.
  • Capable of developing and optimizing a scalable, robust and cost effective process related to API and its Intermediates.
  • Must have exposure of Synthesis R&D into Pharmaceutical.
  • Knowledge handling organic reaction at R&D level.
  • Expertise in Process Development & Scale-up at Plant level.
  • Well worse with team Management.
  • Should have excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English.
  • Candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook etc.
