About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our team and play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing innovative IT solutions to meet our business needs.

You will leverage your expertise in systems analysis, programming, database management, and ERP systems to bridge the gap between business requirements and technological solutions.

This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to drive digital transformation and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for automation.

- Work closely with business users to gather requirements, define system specifications, and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

- Design, develop, and implement IT solutions using programming languages like Java, Python, and SQL.

- Manage and maintain data integrity and security within database management systems (e.g Oracle, SQL Server).

- Configure and administer enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to support business processes.

- Utilize business intelligence tools to extract valuable insights from data and inform strategic decision-making.

- Participate in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of cloud computing platforms (e.g AWS, Azure).

- Develop and document system requirements, user manuals, and technical specifications.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to end-users.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in IT technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or similar role.

- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g Java, Python, SQL) for developing and maintaining IT solutions.

- Strong understanding of relational database management systems (e.g Oracle, SQL Server).

- 3+ years of experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business intelligence tools.

- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g Agile, Waterfall) and their application in project management.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Relevant industry certifications (e.g Certified Systems Analyst, ITIL) that demonstrate expertise in IT service management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
