Job Description

职位职责：

• 支持与供应商谈判和采购工作。

• 加强供应商绩效评估和监督，确保交付质量和时效。

6. 客户接待与活动策划

• 策划和组织客户接待和参观活动，增强客户信任和满意度。

Job Responsibilities:
  • Project Bidding Support
  • Participate in the project bidding process, working closely with sales and technical teams to prepare and submit bid documents.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain close contact with clients to establish and uphold strong customer relationships.
  • Proactively gather customer feedback and requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development
  • Collect market information.
  • Based on market information, propose strategic marketing recommendations.
  • Key Project Support
  • Monitor the progress of key projects to ensure smooth execution.
  • Implement measures to resolve issues during project execution to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Procurement and Supply Chain Support
  • Support negotiations and procurement activities with suppliers
  • Strengthen supplier performance evaluation and oversight to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Client Reception and Event Planning
  • Plan and organize customer reception and visitation events to enhance customer trust and satisfaction.
  • Plan and participate in brand promotion and product introduction activities in Europe, including trade shows, seminars, etc.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of events and achievement of desired outcomes.
