Roles and Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Topskill, you will:

- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases to identify and engage potential candidates.- Resume Screening: Evaluate resumes to match job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels.- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing recruitment needs.- Database Updates: Organize and update candidate information in the recruitment system.- Recruitment Analytics: Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reports.- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance Topskill's employer brand across various platforms.

What We’re Looking For

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools is a plus.- Organization: Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.- Passion: A keen interest in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
