Job Description: About the Role We are seeking an experienced IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) CAI Architect with strong expertise in Application Integration and API development. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of IICS CAI, hands-on experience with integration technologies such as MuleSoft, and the ability to architect and deliver scalable, high-performance cloud-native integration solutions across diverse enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Design, architect, and implement IICS Application Integration (CAI) solutions to enable seamless integration across multiple cloud and on-premise applications. Develop and manage Process Objects, Service Connectors, and Processes within IICS CAI. Build Service Connectors for real-time integrations with third-party applications. Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade integration solutions using IICS and related technologies. Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues involving IICS CAI, MuleSoft, and other integration platforms. Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery across server, storage, network, data, and application layers. Implement data integration and ETL processes using various IICS transformations such as Expression, Router, Filter, Lookup, Update Strategy, Union, and Aggregator. Create and manage mappings, tasks, taskflows, schedules, and parameter files to automate and optimize data integration workflows. Required Skills & Experience 6–15 years of total IT experience with strong expertise in Informatica IICS (Cloud Application Integration). Proven experience designing and implementing integration architecture for enterprise systems. Hands-on experience with IICS CAI components (Process, Service Connector, Process Object, App Integration). Strong understanding of API development, management, and troubleshooting. Experience integrating diverse cloud and on-premise systems in high-volume, mission-critical environments. Good understanding of cloud infrastructure components (compute, storage, networking, and data services). Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or other integration middleware technologies is highly desirable. Deep knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) concepts and best practices. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
