Job Title: Java Backend Developer

Location : Bangalore, India

Experience: 1-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code for our backend systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Implement high-performance and scalable backend services using Java Spring Cloud framework.

- Ensure the responsiveness of applications and implement security best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure the smooth operation of systems.


- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience (1-5 years) in Java development, with a focus on backend systems.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Cloud frameworks.

- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.

- Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
