Key Skills :

AWS Cloud :


- Strong understanding of AWS services and experience with DevOps on AWS.

GitHub :

GitOps :


- Experience with migrating code repositories from GitLab, Bitbucket, or other platforms to GitHub Enterprise Cloud using tools like GitHub Importer, Migrator, or other migration solutions.

GitHub Integrations :


- Experience with configuring and integrating SCM with external products using GitHub Apps, OAuth, and webhooks.

Security & Governance :


- Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise Managed Users (EMU), GitHub Connect, Code Security Policies, and GitHub Actions (Co-pilot optional).

CI/CD :


- Proven experience in implementing continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Jenkins.

DevOps Practices :


- Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD methodologies, and various DevOps tools.

Containerization :


- Experience with Docker containerization and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, Helm, OpenShift, or AWS EKS.

Infrastructure Automation :


- Experience with Linux automation scripting languages like Ansible, Bash, and Groovy (including YAML for configuration files).

Responsibilities :

- Lead the project for migrating code repositories to GitHub Enterprise Cloud, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.

- Design, develop, and implement automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for efficient and reliable deployments on AWS.

- Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure for development, testing, and production environments.

- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles for managing and provisioning AWS resources.

- Configure and manage containerized applications using Docker and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).

- Automate infrastructure and application deployments using Linux scripting languages.

- Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps practices and optimize the software development lifecycle.

- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AWS, DevOps tools, and best practices.
