We enable OEMs and Tier-I suppliers to streamline their sourcing processes using AI-led platforms and a deep vendor network across India. Role Overview We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our Sourcing & Vendor Development team. The role involves driving supplier identification, cost optimization, and quality improvement initiatives while supporting the company's sourcing strategy in the automotive and consumer durable segments. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for mechanical components, sheet metal, plastics, and machined parts. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to achieve targets for cost, quality, and delivery. Conduct cost analysis and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain) to align sourcing strategies. Perform vendor audits, capacity assessments, and ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards. Track supplier performance metrics, lead times, and quality parameters. Support new product development (NPD) by identifying and sourcing new components. Maintain updated records and documentation of sourcing and vendor activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Background in Sourcing / Vendor Development / Supply Chain within the Automotive or Consumer Durables (Tier-I/OEM) industry. Understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and vendor management tools. Ability to handle multiple sourcing projects within defined timelines.
