Demonstrated ability to lead a team Have led project teams in the past under extremely fast paced development Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders Proactive communication with objective approach towards project deliverables Experience in finding patterns in data and creating statistical models, data exploration, data visualization, and data mining. Experience in developing AI and ML solutions and delivering them to production. Very good hands-on working experience in Python and NLP. Prior experience or projects in LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI is a plus. Familiarity with text processing. Understanding of good software development practices: Test-Driven Development (TDD), refactoring, pair-programming, solid design. Self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrating an exceptional drive towards delivery. Experience with cloud-based solutions, especially on Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. Main Tasks :A modular, AI-enabled platform supporting end-to-end document and data workflows. Streamlines ingestion, extraction, and validation of fund and asset-level documents .Empowers clients to self-onboard, monitor data completeness, and configure delivery pipelines Integrates LLM/GenAI features for automation, prioritization, and explainability Nice to Have Knowledge of financial industryKnowledge of Private Assets and ecosystems
