Graduate Analyst - International Valuations
Role and Responsibilities:Build and maintain complex financial models to support the valuation of private companies and share options, warrants, and other derivative instrumentsConduct various valuation methodologies such as OPM Back-solve, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Black Scholes Merton (BSM) and other methodologiesPrepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholdersAddress audit inquiries and provide documentation that supports valuation methodologies and assumptionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate management reporting
