We are committed to our clients’ long-term success and combine global reach with local client attention to serve them in over 50 countries around the globe.Job Title: Lawson ConsultantLocation: Pan IndiaExperience: 7+ yrsJob Type : Contract to hireNotice Period:- Immediate joinerMandatory Skills· Hands-on experience with Lawson Consultant.Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing Lawson S3 Human Resources and Payroll applications; depth of technical knowledge and solution customization , Evaluation Focus.Capability to create, modify, and maintain COBOL-based programs, with preference for MS-COBOL in ERP environments.Ability to design, code, and compile solutions using Lawson Development Workbench; familiarity with Lawson-specific tools and processesSkill in building, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries and scripts for reporting, data integration, and enhancementsHands-on experience developing and supporting Landmark IPA workflow automations for process efficiency within HCM modulesUnderstanding of HCM modules, data flows, and integration with Finance, external vendors, banks, and government entitiesAbility to deliver technical support, resolve live system issues, participate in on-call rotations, and manage Go Live migrationsDemonstrated teamwork, effective verbal and written communication, and ability to document solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholdersAptitude for analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and willingness to contribute ideas in collaborative settingsExperience contributing to system upgrades, project rollouts, and change management in ERP environmentsResponsibilitiesWriting clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainablecode Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards Support test and deployment of new products andfeatures Participate in code reviews.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
