McAlign Consulting is looking for Solution/Technical Consultants and Senior Solution/Technical Consultants with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Varicent (formerly IBM ICM) to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview
As a Varicent Consultant, you'll lead full-cycle implementations — from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support. You'll work across key Varicent modules, handle data imports, create reports, design workflows, and collaborate with both internal teams and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end Varicent solution implementations
Configure modules: Data Import, Calculations, Reporting, Web Forms, Workflow
Conduct testing (unit, QA, UAT)
Support production deployment and issue resolution
Prepare technical documentation
Communicate with global clients
Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of Varicent/IBM ICM implementation experience
Strong SQL & ETL/data transformation skills
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Proven ability to manage tasks independently in fast-paced settings
