Job Overview

VE3 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kontent Developer to join our Digital Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our web estate using Kontent, ensuring continuous improvement, seamless integration, and exceptional user experience. This role requires extensive experience with Kontent, agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure and .NET Core environments.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Kontent Configuration and Management:
    • Configure and manage Kontent for optimal performance.
    • Integrate Kontent with supporting products such as Funnelback and One Trust.
    • Ensure seamless integration of Kontent with Dynamics 365 and other third-party services.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Work within an agile Scrum team to deliver iterative improvements.
    • Develop new features and enhance existing web pages using Kontent to drive exceptional user experience.
    • Implement and manage automated testing and CI/CD processes for Kontent projects.
  • Content Migration and Consolidation:
    • Migrate content from legacy sites to the new SNG domain using Kontent.
    • Develop and execute migration strategies that ensure data integrity and minimal downtime.
    • Manage the integration and migration of varying architectures, including Microsoft Power Pages Sites.
  • App Development and Integration:
    • Use Kontent as the CMS for developing and continuously improving the native app.
    • Define and implement user experiences, including user interface and user experience design, using Kontent.
    • Ensure the app integrates seamlessly with Kontent for content creation and management.
  • Digital Strategy and Consultancy:
    • Support the creation of user-centric digital products and services using Kontent.
    • Enhance usability, accessibility, and functionality through effective Kontentconfiguration and management.
  • Security and Monitoring:
    • Adhere to security best practices within Kontent and Microsoft Azure environments.
    • Implement proactive monitoring and threat detection for websites managed by Kontent.
  • Coding Standards and Practices :
    • Manage all Kontent code repositories within Azure DevOps.
    • Demonstrate mature coding standards, including peer reviews and adherence checks.
  • Support and Maintenance :
    • Provide ongoing support for Kontent configurations, integrations, and performance optimizations.
    • Ensure all aspects of Kontent management, including incident resolution and SLA adherence, are maintained.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Proven track record in delivering projects using Kontent.
    • Extensive experience in agile software development, including Scrum methodologies.
    • Experience in Microsoft Azure development and B2C authentication.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Kontent configuration and management.
    • Strong understanding of headless CMS solutions, .NET Core, and Azure infrastructure.
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring tools.
  • Certifications:
    • Preferred: Kontent Premier or Advanced Partner status.
    • Preferred: Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure and agile methodologies.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Training and Documentation:
    • Provide training for content creators and end-users.
    • Develop comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
  • Disaster Recovery and Support:
    • Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance, ensuring adherence to SLAs.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, data analysts, and IT professionals to support our projects, including the development of digital twin solutions and AI-driven biological research. You will also leverage large language models (LLMs) to enhance data analysis and interpretation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and apply bioinformatics pipelines and algorithms to analyze high-throughput sequencing data. • Perform data mining, integration, and visualization of large-scale biological datasets. • Utilize large language models (LLMs) to assist in data interpretation, literature review, and generation of biological insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute research projects. • Interpret and present results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in bioinformatics, computational biology, AI, and LLM technologies. • Contribute to the preparation of scientific publications and grant applications. Qualifications: • Master’s or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, or a related field. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R. • Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and databases such as BLAST, BWA, GATK, SAMtools, and others. • Experience with high-throughput sequencing data analysis (e.g., RNA-seq, DNA-seq, ChIP-seq). • Strong background in statistics and data analysis. • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their application in bioinformatics. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with machine learning techniques and their application to biological data. • Knowledge of AI and its applications in bioinformatics. • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Proficiency with bioinformatics software and tools such as Bioconductor, Galaxy, and others.
