Your Challenge

Product Costing

 Manage product costing in terms of machine capacity planning driven by planned volumes Labour cycle time and the weighted average cost of labour  Allocation, apportion, absorption of overheads based on machine utilization, volume and such other cost drivers  Understand the M+H KPIs on Raw material Indexation and Foreign exchange and bring visibility  Create, maintain and supervise the key figures in the area of responsibility Roll the standard cost for group plan Identify the potential risks; develop, implement and monitor the strategies to minimize the M+H current and future exposure to financial, operational or other risks within a region, country or business unit Steer and control all production areas in terms of efficiency and productivity Report and development action plan to optimize the performance of the production area Understand and develop as well as optimize the standard costing systems  Control headcount, investment, cost accounting, cost centers, spending, capacities and performance of the production site  Maintain and develop KPIs for the management

Investment Controlling

 Steer and control all CAPEX investment activities as well as the planning of specific items, follow-up processes and approval processes  Manage within the budget and prioritize CAPEX on need basis during the year. Control the acquisition of assets to ensure efficiency Prepare metrics and reviews

Cost Accounting

 Monitor and review the actual financial performance against the budget, prepare and emit the statistical reports for the comparison between the current situation and the budgeted forecast  Determine and execute action plans to improve the financial performance if the business is not performing to plan, prepare financial forecasts and provide analysis of the results  Manage the financial forecasts, planning, analysis activities and projects; provide evaluations, prepare the reports and make recommendations about the financial implications of the proposed investments and transactions (follow the M+H CapEx procedures)  Interpret costs, prices, expenses and revenues and make recommendations for improvements  Evaluate the industry, economic, financial, and market trends (e.g. revenues, expenses, costs, prices, investments, cash flow, profits, labor market trends, inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates) to forecast the M+H short, medium and long-term financial and competitive position Create, maintain and supervise the key figures in the area of responsibility

Reporting

 Participate in the financial data collection process  Develop and maintain the M+H standard reporting packages and documentation  Create, maintain and supervise the key figures in the area of responsibility

Inventory Management

Steer and control the process of inventory levels for the raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods as well as the M&E and Tolling Manage the reporting systems (in collaboration with the logistics department)  Manage the budgeting and forecasting activities, and review the actual status  Create, maintain and supervise the key figures in the area of responsibility

Internal Audit

 Create/use the internal control systems in order to ensure compliance with the M+H procedures and, thus, minimize the financial risks Create, maintain and supervise the key figures in the area of responsibility

Your Profile

 University degree in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant field of education with specialization in Controlling and Internal Audit  Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with 5 years of Manufacturing controller experience in Automotive or Automotive Ancillary Industries  MS Office skills  Must have SAP FICO skills with good understanding on SAP T codes  Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Hindi (Spoken)
