Job Description:


♦ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs and objectives.

♦ Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

♦ Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, assess, and onboard suitable candidates for client projects.

♦ Monitor the performance of placed candidates and address any issues proactively.

♦ Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the market.

♦ Develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition and market expansion.

♦ Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

♦ Lead negotiations with clients on contracts, pricing, and terms.

♦ Resolve escalated client issues and complaints regarding resources
