Main activities with start by complementing and supporting to client:

Will interact and support with the global/site team and different stakeholders to establish, maintain and improve interfaces from local to global AVEVA components to ensure data flow and visualization.
Effective communication and presentation skills to interact with client.
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Knowledge of L2 and L3 support for Aveva OSI PI
IT support tool experience like ServiceNow, Jira etc.
Experience in troubleshooting & analytical skills
Effective communication skills (Verbal/written)
Experience in working with onsite-offshore model.
