Job Description :

We are looking for a talented and experienced AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Manager to lead our AEM development team and drive the successful delivery of digital experiences for our clients.

As an AEM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of AEM-based solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of AEM developers and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality delivery of AEM projects.
  • Define and implement development methodologies, coding standards, and best practices for AEM development projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines and milestones.
  • Design and architect scalable and maintainable AEM solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and extension of AEM components, templates, and workflows to support digital experience initiatives.
  • Manage the deployment and release process for AEM applications, including configuration management, version control, and environment setup.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting activities to ensure the stability and performance of AEM applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM features, capabilities, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including UX/UI designers, content authors, and QA testers, to deliver integrated digital experiences across multiple channels and devices.
  • Provide leadership and support for AEM-related initiatives, including platform upgrades, migration projects, and integration efforts.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an AEM Developer or similar role, with years of experience in AEM development.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Hands-on experience with AEM development tools and technologies, including AEM components, templates, workflows, and OSGi bundles.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of developers.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) certifications in AEM are desirable.
