We are seeking a talented Java Spring Boot Backend Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:Design and implement efficient and scalable backend services using Spring Boot frameworkDevelop and integrate complex data processing pipelines leveraging technologies like Apache Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQLImplement caching strategies to optimize application performance and responsivenessWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsParticipate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to ensure the quality and reliability of our systemsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Java and Spring ecosystem

Required Skills and Experience:1-2 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot developmentProficient in data structures and algorithms (DSA) and their implementation in JavaHands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, and other Spring ecosystem componentsFamiliarity with message queuing systems like Apache Kafka and caching solutions like RedisExperience working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQLStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about technical challengesExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsPassion for writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeFamiliarity with Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices

Bonus Skills:Experience with microservices architecture and containerization using DockerKnowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google CloudFamiliarity with testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, and SeleniumExposure to front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) or mobile development
