Allegion India is the Engineering and Technology center in Bangalore. It plays a pivotal role in the development of Allegion solutions via its 600+ competent and committed talent pool.

A typical Allegion product development effort requires our various engineering groups to work together, beginning with the product requirements (systems engineering), the mechanical and electronics systems (mechanical, hardware, and firmware engineering), the mobile and cloud integrations (software engineering), and finally the rigorous validation (system testing, reliability testing, and software testing) required before our product goes to the market and our customers.

Allegion India is seeking a highly motivated Digital Workplace Analyst who will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation within the organization. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate solutions to enhance collaboration, productivity, and overall user experience.

Job Description

  1. PowerApps Development:

  2. Design and build custom PowerApps applications to automate business processes and improve efficiency.

  3. Integrate PowerApps with other systems and data sources.

  4. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for PowerApps applications.

  5. Power Automate Development:

  6. Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline tasks and reduce manual effort.

  7. Integrate Power Automate with various applications and services.

  8. Troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues.

  9. Digital Workplace Strategy:

  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall digital workplace strategy.

  11. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve employee productivity and collaboration.

  12. Provide recommendations for digital workplace initiatives.

  13. User Support:

  14. Provide technical support and training to end-users on SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate.

  15. Resolve user inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Knowledge and Skills

  • A minimum of 3 Yrs work experience in Digital Workplace automation
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SharePoint administration and development.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerApps and Power Automate development.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Yammer).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good to have

  • Certification in PowerApps.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online and modern SharePoint experiences.
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Platform admin).
