OCI/ICR/IDP Architect (with OpenText Captiva/Intelligent Capture experience preferably)

Key Responsibilities

- Architect Document Workflows on Captiva

- Be familiar with Document OCR/ICR process

- Be able to perform search, sort, analyze manipulate on the extracted data, including text, tables, and images within a file to enable a variety of downstream solutions

- Knowledge of Captiva APIs is a plus

- Knowledge of Captiva Integration with Source systems/Lock boxes is a must

- Design and implement MQTT broker solutions for enterprise integration.

- Develop publish-subscribe messaging architectures for IoT and application communication.

- Configure authentication, authorization, and encryption for secure MQTT messaging.

- Develop and customize Captiva workflows for document capture and processing.

- Configure OCR, ICR, and barcode recognition for automated data extraction.

- Optimize image processing and document classification .

- Troubleshoot and resolve Captiva-related issues .

- Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory requirements .

Required Skills

- Strong experience with OpenText Captiva (formerly EMC Captiva).

- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL , and database management.

- Familiarity with image processing, OCR, and document indexing .

- Experience with API integrations and scripting .

Process Skills:

Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle

Outstanding written/verbal communication skills with experience distilling and presenting complex quantitative analysis

Interpersonal Skills:

Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams.

Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment.

Must be able to work under own initiative with limited guidance from team manager due to the fast pace and high-volume of work managed by the team.

Able to talk to client directly and report to client/offshore.

Flexibility to work on different Shifts and Stretch.
