As the File Maker Engineer you will becontributing to the introduction of new features enhancing existingfunctionality and providing support to ensure the seamlessoperation of our FileMakerbased solutions. In this role you willcollaborate with diverse technology groups to integrate systemsaligning with our business and revenueobjectives.Qualifications
  • Proven experience asa FileMaker Developer or similar role with a strong understandingof FileMaker Pro development principles and bestpractices
  • Proficiency in FileMaker Pro Advancedincluding layout design scripting calculations andreporting.
  • Experience with FileMaker ServerFileMaker Go and FileMaker WebDirect
  • Knowledgeof relational database design principles andSQL
  • Familiarity with web technologies such asHTML CSS JavaScript and RESTful APIs
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with attention todetail
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in ateam environment.
Responsibilities
  • Through ourengagement we contribute to our customer in developing the endusermodules firmware implementing new features maintainingcompatibility with the newest telecommunication and industrystandards as well as performing analysis and estimations of thecustomer requirements.
  • Maintain and improvelegacy FileMaker database applications by interviewing businessstaff to identify database requirements.
  • Designdevelop test and implement new FileMaker databasefunctionality.
  • Load data from and extract datato thirdparty systems.
  • Support business staffthrough database application training andinformation.
  • Troubleshoot databaseapplications.
  • Ensure the reliabilityscalability maintainability and availability of FileMaker databaseapplications.
  • Assist with disaster recovery andplanning.
