This role also involves testing the integration and compatibility of Office 365 solutions with other enterprise systems and applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms and devices. This role requires a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.

ResponsibilitiesAs an Office 365 Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards of Microsoft Office 365 services and applications within the organization. You will create and implement testing strategies and plans that align with business and technical requirements and perform test cases (manual and automated) to validate the deployment, configuration, integration, and functionality of Office 365 solutions. You will also conduct various types of testing, such as performance, load, security, and compatibility testing, to evaluate the system behavior, identify issues, and provide feedback to the development and IT teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing activities are consistent with project goals and timelines, and provide clear and concise reporting on testing progress, coverage, and results. You will also stay updated on the latest Office 365 updates, features, and testing best practices, and identify and implement improvements to the testing process, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a software tester, with a focus on Office 365 services and applications.- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, PowerShell, PnP PowerShell).- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Login VSI/Enterprise, JIRA, etc).- Experience with performance, load, security, and compatibility testing tools and techniques.- Experience with testing the integration and compatibility of Office 365 solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and testing.- Experience in functional testing with different end user endpoints such as Laptops, persistent and non-persistent VDI, Mac OS and Thin Clients.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:- Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based testing.- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Office 365 or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.- Experience with security and compliance testing in regulated environments.
