About Our Client

-The client is the leading gaming app for kids in India, one of the best rated app on playstore (android) as well as appstore (iOS)

Job Description

-Manage and take ownership of the whole mobile game engineering team
-Be actively involved in planning and ideation for upcoming games and updates
-Drive technology strategy and architecture by being on top of the latest technologies
-Lead the technical design, vision and implementation strategy of various projects
-Collaborate with the Product Head to prioritise, plan, architect and build multiple gaming projects
-Attract, hire, retain, motivate and mentor the team
-Lead the development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of games
-Set up, create and manage robust best practices/architecture to ensure reliable, secure, bug-free, and performant software is released on time.

The Successful Applicant

-8+ years of experience managing 2D/3D game engineering teams
-Demonstrated ability to build complex, scalable games
-Must be knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and change management
-Should have in-depth experience working with Unity and other game development technologies
-Be driven by the mission of building the best technology and product experience.
-Scaling the organisation with strong leadership skills & outside-in approach.
-Expertise in multiplayer/social games and AR/VR will be an add on
