Oracle EBS Lead Consultant

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle EBS solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Oracle EBS development team, including mentoring junior team members.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Oracle EBS framework.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Oracle EBS performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Manage Oracle EBS projects from inception to completion, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.

- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards, and implement necessary controls to protect sensitive data within the Oracle EBS environment.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and test plans.

- Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle EBS, working closely with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and ensure system stability.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Oracle EBS technology, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our systems and processes.

- Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed to support Oracle EBS implementation and integration projects.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, with a focus on technical architecture, design, and development.

- Proven track record of leading successful Oracle EBS implementation projects, including full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, and/or Manufacturing.

- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS technical components, including Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

- Experience with Oracle EBS integration technologies and techniques, such as Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Fusion Middleware.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.

- Oracle EBS certifications (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Applications DBA Certified Professional) preferred.

- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
