Role Overview As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be a foundational member of our Gen AI practice, working on the latest technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI Systems, and more. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI applications that push the boundaries of what's possible. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks. Build APIs using FastAPI to serve AI/ML models in scalable environments. Collaborate on building secure and robust MLOps pipelines using Azure DevOps and other cloud-native tools. Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific tasks and applications. Integrate AI models into enterprise-grade applications and platforms. Engage in rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development with cutting-edge Gen AI tools. Contribute to model evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. Document technical decisions, architectures, and workflows for knowledge sharing. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with hands-on exposure to LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI Strong programming skills in Python and experience building APIs with FastAPI. Experience with Azure DevOps, MLOps, and cloud-based model deployment. Familiarity with transformer architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques. Ability to design scalable and maintainable AI pipelines. Solid understanding of software engineering practices including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
